Does your student need some extra support with math?
Let’s do it one-on-one!
Asking for help in class can be hard for a lot of kids, especially if they are having trouble with something that other kids already seem to understand.
Private sessions meet on Zoom for 50 minutes and I will:
answer any (related) questions they have,
provide examples to make the problems come to life,
help add to their confidence that they can solve problems
work through the problems with them so they learn how to come to the answer themselves
Though I normally work with classrooms full of kids, it is truly spectacular to have the opportunity to give students one-on-one attention.
I’ve had the chance to work with thousands of students from pre-K to 12th grade, from general education to every variety of special education, from gifted to various disabilities).
I adore working with all kids although, as a neurodivergent student myself, I understand a number of the challenges and frustrations that so many students today are facing.
